When Returns Are Accepted:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Change of Mind / Don’t Like It – e.g., you decided you no longer want the product, or you don’t like the color or style.
Wrong Size / Fit Issues – e.g., ordering the wrong size for your pet.
Accidental Order – e.g., placed the order by mistake or ordered the wrong item.
Used or Washed Items – items that have been used, washed, or soiled.
Late Order Cancellation – items that have already been shipped.
